2026-27 Enrollment, Transfers and Kindergarten Orientation

It's about that time of year again and enrollment for the upcoming school year is just around the corner. Here's what you need to know:

All families can enroll for the 2026-27 school year beginning Feb. 10
Kindergarten orientations will take place at every school during the first week of March (schedule below)
Transfer requests may be submitted beginning Feb. 10

Enrollment for New and Returning Students

Mark your calendars! Beginning Feb. 10, all Bethel families can complete their student(s) enrollment paperwork by visiting this link:
www.bethel.k12.or.us/register. Note: All Bethel families must complete enrollment paperwork each year.

Snapcodes
All families who are completing returning student registration paperwork should receive an email by Feb. 10 with their snapcode information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your regular inbox.

In-district and Interdistrict Transfers

Bethel students who want to attend a school other than their neighborhood school, as well as out-of-district students who want to attend a Bethel school next fall (2026-2027 school year) can now apply for in-district or interdistrict transfers. Follow this link to submit a transfer request. bethel.k12.or.us/transfers

Round 1 – Feb. 10 – March 15 – Families who apply during the 1st round will be notified before spring break (March 20).
Round 2 – March 16 through May 17 – Those who apply during the 2nd round will be notified by June 1.
Round 3 – May 18 through August 19 – Those who apply during the 3rd round will be informed by mid-August.

Kindergarten Orientation + Registration

Kindergarten orientations will be held for all Bethel elementary schools in the coming weeks! Two sessions will be held for each school. Families can register for kindergarten at the event.

Tours can be set up individually with families who are interested in touring their school following orientation.
